The current focus of the Center for Drug Use & HIV Research CDUHR is to examine social-level influences on HIV risk, prevention and transmission. Social-level factors include: networks (such as dyads, peers and families), community and organizational actions, social structures, public policies and programs, and the sociopolitical or socio economic context in which behavior occurs.
