Requirements
- Drug court teams attending can be from adult, juvenile or family courts.
- This is an advanced training. Teams must have at least two years experience functioning as a drug court.
- Trainings are for between 25-30 participants.
- Ideally 5 Teams of 5 members each will attend. More or less may attend from each team depending on team make-up and circumstances.
- Attending teams should include: judge, prosecutor, defense counsel, coordinator, treatment provider. This may vary depending on the region and court.
- Training is for two full days.
- Each site will provide coffee and snacks for participants.
