Drug Court
Requirements

       > This is an advanced training. Teams must have at least two years experience functioning as a drug court.

    >  Trainings are for between 25-30 participants.

    >  Ideally 5 Teams of 5 members each will attend. More or less may attend from each team depending on team make-up and circumstances.

    >  Attending teams should include: judge, prosecutor, defense counsel, coordinator, treatment provider. This may vary depending on the region and court.

    >  Training is for two full days.

    >  Drug Court coordinator must follow up on Evaluation component of the training with the attending drug court teams: 1) Pre 2)Post 3) 30 day follow up evaluation.

    >  Each site provides a training space for participating drug court teams from the region. (Most times, we have been able to facilitate the training at a court house conference room arranged by contact).

        >  Each site should provide coffee and snacks for participants.

The Training Institute of NDRI Visits the White House!

On May 16, 2012, Rabin Martin and NDRI's Training Institute representatives met with leaders of the Office of National AIDS Policy, including Grant Colfax, the newly appointed ONAP Director and Gregg Millett, CDC/HHS Liaison to the White House Office of National AIDS Policy to discuss the new 'Bridge2Care' electronic intervention.
